There has been some great weather for a while. The other day my friends went to the beach. Some of them got sun burnt. Haha.

I have realized now that everybody here is pale. It is great for me. Nobody makes fun of me for being pale.

The volcano has prevented me from going to Prague and Paris. I left for the airport at 5:45am, caught the train, then the bus, figured out how to check in with the crazy amount of people queuing up to reschedule their flights. I thought that it was pretty funny that they could not fly because of a volcano in Iceland. Well we got to the gate, waited for a long time, until someone came out and said that our flight was canceled. We then went back and met this girl named Lindsey who is from the states somewhere. I forget where. We waited in line together to reschedule. We thought that we would be able to get out on Saturday. Well Saturday came and went and we did not go. Yesterday I was supposed to leave for Paris but we decided not to just because everything is so unknown now. They just opened the airspace the night before and while getting stuck in Paris would be cool, it would be very expensive and difficult because I do not know one lick of French. I kind of regret not going because nothing has happened with the volcano, but we just did not know at the time. We are supposed to go to Spain on this coming Thurs. Hopefully, it will happen.
